AI Enablement Lead

Dizario Search is conducting a search for an AI Enablement Lead located in Northeast Ohio. This opportunity is with a well-established global organization looking to expand and scale the use of Artificial Intelligence across the business in a practical, secure, and responsible way. The AI Enablement Lead will work across multiple business units to identify opportunities for AI adoption, support pilot initiatives, and help drive company-wide AI strategy and education. Lead AI-focused initiatives that improve business processes, productivity, and overall operational effectiveness Partner with leadership teams to identify practical AI opportunities across the organization Support and guide pilot programs from early concept through implementation Educate internal teams on emerging AI tools, trends, and real-world applications Help establish best practices and governance around AI usage and security Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and operational leadership on AI-related initiatives Build relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and industry resources Drive adoption and organizational engagement around AI capabilities and innovation Assist in developing internal resources, frameworks, and training materials related to AI usage AI Enablement Lead Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytics, engineering, business, or related discipline 5-8+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, innovation, analytics, or related fields Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with senior leadership teams Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, copilots, and emerging technologies Ability to connect technical capabilities to practical business applications and measurable results Hands-on mindset with experience evaluating or implementing new technologies in business environments Strong communication and organizational influence skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Dizario Search
