Certified Nurse Aide

Western Tidewater CSB is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for our Tidewater Cove Facility in Suffolk, VA. Location: Suffolk, VA Responsibilities and Duties Provide direct consumer care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and assisting with Document progress and activities, tasks performed, and response to Report any consumer condition changes to the RN and Program Supervisor. Serve as a role model, provide guidance and assist with medication management under the direction of the RN, LPN, and Comply with agency policies and procedures, and adhere to all relevant local, state, and federal legal and regulatory requirements. Transport consumers as Qualifications and Skills Licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant 1 year of nursing experience preferred Valid driver’s license with acceptable DMV record Long term Care experience preferred Proficient using Electronic medical records Basic knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare Regulations preferred Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider Non-profit Organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
