Psychiatrist: General & Specialty Care, Flexible Hours

Advanced TMS Center is taking applications for psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, front office staff and TMS technicians. Psychiatrists, both full and part‑time, are needed for general psychiatry or any specialty including child psychiatry, addictions, forensic, geriatric, etc. Residents and fellows are encouraged to apply early, as it may take up to a year to obtain a California license. Either part‑time contractor or full‑time employee positions, including full benefits and partnership options, are available. Therapists (clinical psychologists) are also sought. Psychologists should have a doctoral degree, be licensed in California and hold malpractice insurance. New graduates are encouraged to apply. The clinic offers post‑doctoral supervision that can lead to full‑time or part‑time employment. Front‑office staff are required to have fast typing speed, strong phone and interpersonal skills, reliable transportation, a team‑player attitude, the ability to manage a busy office and a desire for extensive patient‑contact experience. TMS technicians must hold an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification if possible; all staff must possess current CPR certificates and up‑to‑date flu and COVID vaccines. Pre‑PA (Physician Assistant) and pre‑med students may engage in patient care, prior authorizations, electronic records, vital signs, ECGs and blood draws—hours that count toward PA school requirements.
