Job Description 'We are seeking a skilled Machine Shop Foreman to oversee our manufacturing operations at our facility in the United States. Oversee maintenance of machinery and tools to minimize downtime. Implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations. Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials. Maintain accurate production records and report on operational metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the shop environment. Qualifications ' Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar leadership role in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication or assembly processes and equipment. Excellent management and team leadership skills. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards. Ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams and vendors.'
