Collections Representative

Role Onsite customer service representative responsible for researching, documenting, and resolving medical bill accounts. Responsibilities Research customer information across computer systems Contact customers via mail, email, and phone to negotiate payments Obtain agreement on payment plans within authority guidelines Prepare and submit reports on outstanding bills and payment settlements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years office or customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work full-time, flexible shifts during business hours Reside within commuting distance of the office Preferred Healthcare experience This fast-paced role requires focus, multitasking, and delivering excellent service during challenging situations.
