Adecco Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated  Cook II to join a fast-paced kitchen team at a gold mining encampment outside of Yellow Pine, ID. This position plays a key role in preparing and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Pay: $19-22/hr. DOE+ OT 
Schedule: Rotation hitch is 20 days on, and 10 days off. Room, board and meals are provided. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.

• Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies and equipment before each shift.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking areas, utensils, and equipment.

• Monitor food quality and ensure proper cooking temperatures and presentation.

• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food inventory.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.

• Support other team members as needed during busy service hours.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or in a similar role required.

• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, recipes, and food safety standards.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
