Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools to create accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and cater to the unique goals and circumstances of each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, leveraging therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and rapid response strategies to ensure their safety.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care to clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in trainings, workshops, and peer consultation to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families, who are seeking support for various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping clients overcome barriers to mental wellness and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in providing therapeutic services is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance options, alongside paid time off and holidays.
