Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and a therapeutic connection with clients in a virtual environment.

• Empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of client experiences and challenges, crucial for effective therapy delivery.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage therapy sessions and documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in a community health or mental health clinic setting is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n
