Description:


Responsible for case management, coordinator of services, assist with check-ins for referrals, complete required consent for treatment forms, provide crisis intervention, educating family and ensuring clients receive the best possible care.


Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications


Associate degree (Human Services, Psychology or related field) and 1-2 years of experience in case management, social services or human services.


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field, preferred. CPSW's will be considered. Experience working with Native American students and Native American or Tribal entities, preferred.
