We are currently seeking a Level 3 Microsoft Mobile & Desktop Client Suite Engineer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role Summary

The Level 3 Microsoft Mobile & Desktop Client Suite Engineer is the senior technical specialist responsible for the design, stability, and optimisation of enterprise client platforms across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. The role provides expert-level escalation support, leads complex troubleshooting, defines standards and architectures, and drives continuous improvement across the modern workplace device estate.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Act as Level 3 escalation for complex client, OS, and device management issues.

Lead root cause analysis for recurring or high-impact endpoint incidents.

Design and govern client platform standards, builds, and configurations.

Own endpoint security, compliance, and configuration baselines.

Lead major endpoint initiatives (OS upgrades, device refreshes, migrations).

Design and maintain Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management architectures.

Troubleshoot complex issues spanning OS, identity, security, and network layers.

Define and maintain operational documentation, standards, and runbooks.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.

Collaborate with security, identity, network, and M365 platform teams.

Assess and govern Microsoft roadmap changes impacting client platforms.

Support audit, compliance, and security assurance activities.

Drive automation and optimisation across endpoint management processes.

Academic Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in:

Information Technology

Computer Science

Information Systems

Certifications (highly desirable):

Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (desirable)

SC-300 / SC-400 (Identity and Information Protection – desirable)

ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional

Required Experience

6+ years’ experience in end-user computing or modern workplace engineering.

2+ years in a senior or Level 3 endpoint engineering role.

Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise Windows 10/11 environments.

Extensive experience with Intune, Autopilot, and modern management models.

Experience operating in regulated or security-conscious environments.

Experience leading OS upgrades, large-scale migrations, or platform transformations.

Technical Expertise

Windows 10 / Windows 11 enterprise architecture and optimisation.

macOS and mobile (iOS, Android) enterprise management (desirable).

Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) advanced configuration.

Windows Autopilot, provisioning, and device lifecycle management.

Endpoint security:

Device compliance policies.

Conditional Access integration.

BitLocker and endpoint protection.

Identity integration (Entra ID / Azure AD, hybrid join).

Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise deployment and optimisation.

Application packaging and deployment (Win32, MSI, MSIX).

PowerShell and automation for endpoint management.

Troubleshooting networking and performance issues impacting endpoints.
