Job Title Desktop Support Tech Job Function Risk Level Risk Level 3 – Privileged user access with intentional access to PHI and sensitive data Summary This role oversees the day to day support needs for all desktop IT resources. Assists IT Support and Server Team to provide support as needed. Essential Functions Excellent customer service while performing administrative functions as it relates to supporting desktop resources. Maintain infrastructure software for imaging new desktops/laptops. Responds to desktop support requests from employees and consultants. Troubleshooting internal network, printing, and soft phone issues. Create and maintain active directory and O365 accounts and groups. Establishes new systems as requested by employees to support day-to-day operations. Maintain virus protection solution for desktops/laptops. Maintain full disk encryption solution on desktops/laptops.
