Desktop Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on, in‑person technical support to end‑users addressing a variety of hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 hardware, software, and operating system problems. Manage and resolve IT tickets that require physical intervention or on‑site support. Assist with device deployments using Intune and Autopilot, following established processes. Support a predominantly Lenovo Windows environment (99%), with occasional support for Mac devices. Provide support for the Office 365 environment. Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor, as the office is occasionally used by executive leadership. Required Skills & Experience 2–3 years of experience in a corporate IT support or help desk environment. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and various operating systems. Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365. Demonstrated ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑service oriented approach. A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire for professional growth. Desired Skills (for Long‑term Growth) Familiarity with Intune and Autopilot beyond basic deployment processes. Interest in developing skills in IT engineering areas such as packaging, PowerShell scripting, and Azure. Experience with conference room systems (e.g., Crestron, Neat) is a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills. Experience Level: Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Carmel, IN.
