Overview Beyer Automotive Group (BAG) is seeking a high-performing, motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales department to the next level. Position Overview As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, coaching and developing the sales team, and ensuring the dealership meets and exceeds revenue targets. You’ll play a key role in shaping sales strategies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving profitability & market share. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales goals Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to improve results Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Manage inventory levels and collaborate with other departments Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Stay up to date on OEM products, market trends, and competitor activity Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales excellence Valid driver’s license What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive and energetic work environment How to Apply If you’re a driven sales professional ready to take the lead in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you!
