We are looking for a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will have basic to intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in computer systems and spreadsheets.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word for everyday office tasks.
- Organize information and ensure accuracy when handling documents and records.
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
- Willingness to learn new computer programs and office procedures.
Candidates may be assessed on basic Excel tasks, including:
- Navigating spreadsheets and entering or editing data.
- Formatting cells and organizing information.
- Using basic formulas such as SUM and AVERAGE.
- Sorting and filtering data.
Additional skills are a plus, but not required: Experience with lookup functions such as VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, creating charts and graphs, or using PivotTables.
A dependable candidate who is comfortable working with computers, enjoys helping others, communicates professionally, and takes pride in completing tasks accurately.
