Position Experienced - Leasing Professional We seek an experienced leasing professional based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to join our Estancia Apartments team. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, and build rapport with prospects and residents. Estancia Apartments (294 Units) Compensation: $15 - $17 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses What You Will Do Engage and welcome guests upon entering Professionally interact, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and residents Discover the needs of those looking for an apartment/community, overcome objections, and lease apartments Follow up and follow through with prospects and residents to complete tasks promptly Devise, obtain, and manage legal lease documents to policy and procedures Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs Assist callers with helpful, caring, high-quality customer service Promote a welcoming work environment for coworkers and guests Be dependable for Saturday working hours and several days during the week What You Will Bring Prefer at least 1 year of apartment leasing experience Advanced customer service and sales skills Passion for assisting others Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiasm for new challenges, and desire to grow personally and professionally Attention to detail and demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office, Yardi, and CRM Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting goals, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude Benefits We offer a robust benefits package, including, but not limited to: Rent Discount Professional Development Employee Assistance Program PTO, paid Holidays, and a floating Holiday Medical, Dental, and Vision Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life, and AD&D Insurance Flexible Spending Account 401k Pet Insurance Why You’ll Love GIT Not only do we invest in properties, but we invest in YOU!
