This role supports patient-centered care by performing blood draws, specimen processing, labeling, and order verification while following strict safety and infection control protocols. The Phlebotomist Float travels between care centers, collaborates with clinicians and support staff, ensures accurate documentation in the EHR, provides compassionate patient interaction, and helps maintain efficient clinic workflows and lab operations across the Capital Region.
