Position Overview

The Employee Benefits Insurance Sales Executive will serve as a cornerstone of the business development efforts, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing innovative strategies to expand the client base, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance prospecting activities with account management responsibilities while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Primary Responsibilities

Revenue Generation & Business Development

• Serve as a primary revenue generator for the employee benefits division, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and industry sectors
• Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through systematic lead generation activities
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client business operations, risk exposures, and insurance requirements
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate value and differentiate our services

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted insurance advisor and primary point of contact
• Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction, identify additional coverage needs, and maximize account retention
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests
• Collaborate with account management teams to ensure seamless policy implementation and ongoing service delivery
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships with clients by understanding their business
