BLS AHA

Type of Facility: Nursing Home attached to hospital.- # of Beds/Residents: 70, majority private.- EMR: ECS- Ratios: RN's: 1:20. LPN's 1:20. CNA's1:8.- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Dementia, frail, elderly, rehabilitation.- Job Duties: Charting, assessments, charge duties, medications, clinical skills such as: IV's, caths, ostomy, etc.- Experience or 'Must have' skills: Elderly experience.- Are there IV's or titratable drips: Yes.- Area there Tele monitors If so do you have monitor techs on this unit Do RN's read strips: No.-
