You will serve as the primary contact for families exploring where to begin their child's educational path. Every email you compose, event you facilitate, and discussion you facilitate will determine whether a family selects Alpha. You will reply promptly and with consideration, coordinate campus visits and shadow experiences, keep applicant information current and precise, and help parents understand how Alpha functions and whether it matches their aspirations. What You Will Be Doing Replying to inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours with clear, professional, and Alpha-consistent messaging Organizing and delivering admissions events, campus tours, and student shadow experiences from planning through post-event follow-up Keeping applicant records complete and accurate across CRM and admissions systems Conducting meetings with families to present Alpha's approach, respond to questions, and document relevant information Working with campus and admissions team members to maintain a streamlined and effective admissions process What You Won’t Be Doing Making final decisions on admissions or shaping enrollment policy Delivering instruction or managing curriculum Employing aggressive sales methods or scripted messaging Working in an environment that is disorganized or slow-paced Admissions Associate Key Responsibilities Provide a seamless, high-conversion admissions journey that converts early interest into committed enrollment while making certain families feel well-informed, valued, and enthusiastic about joining Alpha.
