Working closely with Sales, you will own the technical "how" of our solutions while confidently articulating the commercial "why" . You will help enterprise customers understand how Optimizely's AI platform, including generative AI, intelligent agents and automation, can transform marketing workflows, improve productivity and drive measurable business outcomes. This is a strategic role with the opportunity to help shape Optimizely's AI GTM story , influence how we position and demonstrate our AI capabilities, and develop new ways of engaging customers around emerging AI use cases. Job Responsibilities Lead strategic discovery to understand customer challenges, business objectives and AI opportunities. Design and communicate AI-led solution architectures that address complex customer requirements. Deliver compelling demonstrations of Optimizely's AI, agentic and marketing technology capabilities. Translate complex AI concepts into simple, commercially relevant customer stories. Partner closely with Account Executives to shape technical strategy throughout the sales cycle. Engage senior Marketing, Digital, IT, Data and AI stakeholders. Connect AI capabilities to measurable business outcomes including productivity, automation, content creation and experimentation. Help evolve Optimizely's AI GTM strategy, messaging, demos and solution frameworks. Stay current with developments across GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, orchestration, RAG and enterprise AI. Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to bring customer feedback and emerging use cases into the product roadmap. Knowledge and Experience Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting . Strong understanding of AI and its practical application within enterprise environments. Experience with technologies such as GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, APIs and integrations . Strong understanding of MarTech or adjacent categories such as DXP, CMS, experimentation, data or personalisation. Excellent discovery, presentation and storytelling skills. Ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Commercially minded, with the ability to connect technology to customer value and business outcomes. Comfortable engaging senior enterprise stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, IT and AI. Strong growth mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn quickly and operate in an evolving AI environment. Self-directed, collaborative and comfortable helping define new approaches to AI-led pre-sales and GTM . Education Master's of Science or Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience. Computer Science background preffered. Optimizely is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
