Job Description Local Community Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to join their team. This bank has a 'check your title at the door' philosophy and consistently promotes from within. What you will be doing:
- Service account relationships by providing financial advice and counsel to customers and prospective customers.
- Call on potential and existing customers to develop new business and cross-sell services.
- 5+ years in Commercial Lending in a business development role.
- Must be currently lending in Fairfield or New Haven Counties, CT. This is required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong business development skills
- Deep understanding of credit and finance.
- Ability to expand loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products
- Familiarity with the sales, loan processing, and closing processes
