Role Description

As a Staff Technical Program Manager at Empower, you will drive business transformation through strategic project management, ensuring the alignment of IT initiatives with our hyper-growth goals. Your role involves end-to-end ownership of projects within our regulated 503A/503B environment, demanding strategic thinking and execution rigor. Responsibilities

• Program Leadership
  • Strategic Execution: Lead complex technology programs from planning through delivery, aligning objectives, dependencies, resources, and outcomes with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience in integrating AI into project management processes to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
