Must have worked with ADP Workforce Now
- Payroll Cycle: Managing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly processing from data entry (hours, bonuses, commissions) to final disbursement review.
- Employee Maintenance: Entering new hires, updating compensation/benefits, and processing terminations in the HRIS.
- Taxes & Compliance: Ensuring proper end-to-end processing of multi-state payroll deductions, tax withholdings, and garnishments.
- Reporting & Auditing: Reconciling payroll discrepancies, preparing manual checks/reversals, and generating reports for regulatory forms.
