Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic tech location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a people‑first mindset while contributing to a reliable, agile, and innovative environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.48 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime: Mon 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access expectations, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report discrepancies or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel. Support a professional work environment by following post orders, communicating clearly with staff and guests, and assisting with security‑related requests consistent with location expectations. Minimum Requirements: EMT certification is required. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
