General Description

The Accounting Assistant plays a key role in ensuring billing accuracy and maintaining the integrity of financial data within Salesforce . This position is based in Irving, TX, and involves verifying hotel information, auditing invoices and folios, and ensuring that all client charges are accurately recorded . The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating directly with hotels to confirm and correct billing details. Responsibilities and Duties

• Verify the accuracy of hotel information in Salesforce through regular phone calls and follow-ups.
• Review and audit hotel folios/invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and verify virtual card transactions to ensure all charges are properly recorded.
• Upload folios and submit billing lines in Salesforce.
• Manage and organize the Accounts Payable (AP) email inbox.
• Prepare and complete assigned billing reports promptly .
• File, organize, and maintain financial and billing records.
• Work with hotels to make necessary adjustments to folios.
• Print and complete daily billing reports (e.g., Check-In/Check-Out Today, Check-In Yesterday).
• Input rooming lists from hotels to ensure accuracy across reports and invoices.

Work Schedule : Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 10am - 2pm.
Dress Code: Standard office attire is business casual.
