How You'll Make an Impact Clinical care & procedures: Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and build evidence‑based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret labs and imaging, and perform procedures like suturing, wound care, abscess drainage, joint injections, and splinting. Patient experience & flow: Support patients through their care journey with clear communication, run telemedicine visits, handle follow‑ups (lab results, refills, messages), and partner with medical assistants, scribes, and front office staff to keep flow moving. Tech‑enabled documentation: Document encounters in the EMR and use AI copilots for clinical decision support and streamlined workflow, keeping records timely and complete. Team collaboration & leadership: Work alongside supervising physicians and clinical staff, mentor interns and students, and join performance feedback and quality improvement.
