About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take the helm of its financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial health, including accounting, cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting. A key part of the role is to manage the revenue cycle, with a focus on billing for various healthcare services. The CFO will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, leading annual audits, and fostering a culture of trauma-informed financial practices. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with an MBA or CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience is required, and experience in the nonprofit sector and with Medicaid/Medicare grants is also preferred. The role demands a candidate with strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and the ability to support and implement financial practices that are in line with the company's mission. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, contributing to the strategic and operational success of the organization.
