About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting, treasury, risk management, technology systems, and human resources functions. This includes leading the finance and accounting teams, managing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and ensuring GAAP-compliant financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution, healthcare, supply chain, or similar industries, with experience in scaling finance organizations and a preference for those with NetSuite experience. The CFO will also be involved in strategic decision-making, process improvements, and will play a key role in the company's growth and performance. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of finance and accounting leadership experience, with at least 3 years' in a CFO or senior finance role within a company of similar size. A CPA is preferred, and an MBA is a plus. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in financial and operational metrics development, as well as experience in multi-entity and multi-location environments. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for establishing organizational structure, performance expectations, and succession plans. Strong leadership skills, the ability to drive automation and process improvements, and a focus on compliance and risk management are essential for this position.
