This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about representing injured clients and wants the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, a full benefits package, and the support needed to successfully manage cases.The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury matters. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Attorneys must have strong pre-litigation, litigation, negotiation, deposition, mediation, and case-management experience.ResponsibilitiesManage plaintiff personal injury cases from initial evaluation through settlement or trialRepresent clients in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and other personal injury mattersEvaluate claims, liability, damages, medical records, insurance coverage, and potential case valueDevelop case strategy and oversee matters throughout pre-litigation and active litigationDraft petitions, motions, briefs, discovery requests, discovery responses, settlement demands, and other legal documentsTake and defend depositionsConduct legal research and prepare persuasive written argumentsNegotiate with insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and opposing partiesPrepare clients and witnesses for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trialAttend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedingsWork closely with paralegals and legal support staff to keep cases organized and moving forwardMaintain regular communication with clients and provide clear, compassionate guidanceManage deadlines, court filings, litigation calendars, and case documentationQualificationsAt least five years of plaintiff personal injury experienceJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolActive license and good standing with the applicable state barStrong knowledge of personal injury law, civil litigation, insurance claims, and damagesExperience handling cases through pre-litigation and litigationTrial experience is preferred but not requiredStrong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with attorneys and support staffStrong organization, attention to detail, and deadline-management abilitiesProfessional and compassionate approach to working with injured clientsWhat the Firm OffersHybrid work scheduleSalary plus bonus opportunitiesFull benefits packageSupportive and collaborative work environmentExperienced paralegal and legal supportOpportunity to handle meaningful cases and make a direct impact for injured clientsLong-term professional growth with an established firmIf you are an experienced plaintiff personal injury attorney looking for a hybrid opportunity with full benefits and a strong support system, we would like to hear from you.
