We are a growing Tulsa family law practice dedicated to providing knowledgeable, compassionate, and results-oriented legal representation to individuals and families navigating challenging legal matters.

We are seeking a motivated Family Law Attorney to join our Tulsa team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Oklahoma family law, excellent communication skills, sound legal judgment, and the ability to manage cases from initial consultation through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Handle divorce, legal separation, child custody, visitation, child support, and other family law matters.
• Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other professionals.
• Conduct legal research and stay current on Oklahoma family law developments.
• Manage deadlines, case files, and court requirements.
• Provide professional and compassionate client service.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Oklahoma law license and in good standing.
• Family law experience preferred.
• Strong writing, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client service.
