We are looking to strengthen fixed operations leadership in our El Paso / Las Cruces market. This is a great opportunity for a proven Service Advisor, Lane Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or experienced fixed‑ops professional who understands the service drive and may be ready for the next step in their career. The right person has already proven they can succeed with customers, technicians, repair order flow, follow‑up, CSI, and daily execution.
