Computer Numerical Control Programmer

Pay: Negotiable Contract: 1 year. About the Role We are seeking a skilled Machine Programmer III to join a high‑performance manufacturing team supporting advanced engineering programs. In this role, you will develop and optimize CNC (Computer Numerical Control) programs for multi‑axis machines and contribute to the production of high‑precision components used in critical applications. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and shop floor teams to deliver quality‑first, repeatable machining processes and achieve first article success on complex parts. Key Responsibilities Develop and modify NC/CNC programs for: CNC Mills CNC Lathes Multi‑axis machining centers Vertical Turning Lathes (VTLs) Create and maintain detailed setup sheets and process documentation Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and manufacturing teams to optimize production Design and develop custom tooling and fixtures Provide
