Description:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary OB/GYN Medical Director to lead our Women's Health Program.
This dual-role opportunity combines full-time clinical practice with strategic and programmatic leadership.
The OB/GYN Medical Director will provide full-time clinical care including office visits, surgeries, and deliveries.
The role involves guiding the clinical and strategic development of the women's health program.
The Medical Director will deliver care while collaborating with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
This position includes mentoring physicians and advanced practice providers, fostering excellence and teamwork.
You will work closely with certified nurse-midwives and maternal-fetal medicine support.
The schedule maintains a balanced Monday-Friday structure, including dedicated leadership time for administrative duties.
Participation in a shared call rotation will be required.
Leadership experience is highly preferred.
