Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will carry out a variety of critical functions, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's unique trauma history.

• Creating and implementing tailored treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in individual and group settings.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions aimed at helping patients process traumatic events and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and a diverse range of healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care for each patient.

• Providing crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure immediate and effective care.

• Educating patients and their families on trauma responses and available resources to foster understanding and healing.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards

• Participating in regular case consultations, team meetings, and engaging in professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
