Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Technology Organization Relocation Assistance: Available Supports: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Global Technology Organization Position Overview The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as the strategic HR leader supporting the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a globally distributed technology organization within a high-growth SaaS environment. This individual will partner closely with engineering, product, data, security, and technology leadership teams to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives that enable business growth and innovation. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, scaling organizations and has experience partnering with senior technology leaders in global, matrixed environments. Location Requirement This position is based in South Florida and requires regular in-person partnership with the CTO and leadership team. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to South Florida. Relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to the CTO and technology leadership team on all people-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent strategy. Align people initiatives with business objectives, ensuring the technology organization has the talent and capabilities necessary to achieve strategic priorities. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations regarding talent trends, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. Organizational Design & Change Management Partner with technology leaders on organizational structure, team effectiveness, and operating model optimization. Lead and support change management initiatives related to growth, transformation, restructures, and organizational scaling. Facilitate workforce planning and talent mapping exercises to anticipate future capability needs. Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives across the global technology organization. Coach and advise leaders on performance, employee relations, team dynamics, and leadership effectiveness. Identify high-potential talent and develop strategies to accelerate leadership capability and retention. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop and execute hiring strategies for critical technical and leadership roles. Advise leaders on market trends, compensation considerations, and competitive talent practices within the SaaS and technology sectors. Support global workforce planning initiatives, ensuring talent strategies align with business growth plans. Employee Engagement & Culture Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives across a geographically dispersed workforce. Partner with leaders to build high-performing, collaborative, and innovative teams. Utilize engagement data and employee feedback to identify trends and implement actionable solutions. Employee Relations & Compliance Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies. Partner with Legal and People Operations on investigations, performance management matters, and risk mitigation activities. Support global HR initiatives and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. People Analytics & Metrics Analyze organizational and talent data to identify trends and recommend strategic actions. Monitor key people metrics, including retention, engagement, internal mobility, diversity, and organizational health. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience supporting technology organizations. Experience partnering directly with senior technology leaders, including CTOs, Engineering VPs, or Product leadership teams. Experience within high-growth SaaS or technology environments. Demonstrated success supporting globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones. Strong organizational design, change management, and leadership coaching experience. Strong understanding of technology talent markets and technical organizational structures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
