Position Type Temp to Perm On-Site Required Knowledge and skills required: Proficient with Applicant tracking systems Excels with Microsoft Office Suite Excels in social networking and internet tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs, and job boards Education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 2+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience Education and experience preferred: Healthcare experience preferred RPO experience preferred Licensure, certification or registration preferred: Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACR HR Certification through HCI or SHRM Required Competencies: Achieves Results: Reflects a drive to achieve and outperform, continuously looking for improvements, and accepts responsibility for actions and results Knows the Business: Understands how the business works and can identify sources of value, efficiency, and effectiveness Problem Solving: Identifies and solves problems using data collection methods, analysis, experience, and judgment Manages to Results: Demonstrates accountability and contributions to the successful realization of goals and demonstrates accountability for goal realization Manages and Executes Projects: Manages all aspects of engagement/project to ensure outcomes and timing are met Communication Skills: Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills Service Orientation: Listens to and understands the customer, anticipates customer needs, and gives high priority to customer satisfaction Teams with Others: Creates an environment that values individual perspectives while driving towards common goals; assists teammates as necessary Responsibilities Partner with assigned hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, develop candidate pipelines, source, market and attract talent to foster the mission of the organization. Formulate strategy to acquire talent to fill requisitions. Using Behavioral Interview techniques, screen, interview and select candidates to proceed through the candidate selection process. Collaborate with hiring managers and select top candidates for further on-site visits at the facility level. Extend offers and oversee onboarding activities. Maintain excellent candidate and hiring manager relations. Analyze productivity metrics against the Service Level Agreements to exceed Top Quartile goals as set by industry benchmarks. Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates, new business plans and potential retirements. Develop strategy to assure vacancies are kept to facility specified levels; staff new and expanding programs for opening dates and retirement replacement plans. Use external scanning tools to understand the market and educate the hiring manager on labor market conditions. Exude expertise and articulate the business line and market positions to potential candidates. Use an intake process with hiring managers, develop recruitment plan and set SLAs. Source and recruit to develop candidates. Master preclosing candidates during candidate intake. Using Behavioral Interviewing techniques, interview, review resumes and credentials, and assess fit for the position. Ensure assessments are completed and reflective of the quality hire expected to meet health competencies. Prepare salary offers and obtain approval from hiring managers. Prepare and extend the job offer, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements and any other incentives. Anticipate counter offers as necessary. Maintain knowledge of benefit plans, incentives and corporate and facility policies; address applicant inquiries. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system. Oversee TA Coordinators to ensure interviews are scheduled timely and onboarding activities are carried out to result in an on-time candidate start date. Get in Touch We want to hear from you!
