Fully in the office in Altamonte Springs. Shift: M-F 8-5. Pay: $25 based on experience. Job description: Monitor general mail box, background checks, Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Coordinate candidate onboarding in Paylocity. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to onboarding. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Keep hiring process organized and running smoothly.
