What You'll Do:

• Connect with prospective students through phone, email, text, and other communication channels.
• Build excitement about Hallmark University programs and educational opportunities.
• Use approved scripts and talking points while creating authentic and engaging conversations.
• Help prospective students move through the admissions process by connecting them with Admissions Professionals.
• Listen carefully, answer questions, and overcome objections while keeping each student's best interests at heart.
• Deliver an exceptional student experience through outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records within CRM.
• Meet and exceed daily outreach and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that celebrates success and works together to achieve enrollment goals.

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional Saturdays.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited institution.
• Call center, sales, recruiting, or customer engagement experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Experience working with CRM systems.
