Get That Junk Out is growing, and we're building new crews across Orange County. If you show up on time, work hard, and treat people right, we've got work for you, and room to grow as we do.
We haul away furniture, appliances, junk, and clutter for homeowners and businesses all over OC. It's honest, physical work, and you finish every day knowing exactly what you got done.
Right now this is part time and on call, with more full time hours coming as we expand. A great fit if you want steady work you can grow into.
We're hiring for three positions:
1. JUNK REMOVAL SPECIALIST
The heart of the crew. You show up, meet the customer, and haul the junk out with your team. Heavy lifting, loading the truck, and leaving every space clean. No experience needed. If you're strong, reliable, and good with people, we'll teach you the rest.
• Able to lift and carry heavy items through a full workday
• Shows up on time and ready to work when we call
• Polite and trustworthy inside customers' homes and businesses
• Works well with a crew and keeps a positive attitude
2. DRIVER
Our drivers do everything the specialists do, hauling right alongside the crew, plus they drive the truck and trailer to each job. Experience pulling a trailer, or owning your own truck or trailer, is even better. This role usually earns more.
• Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a truck and towing a trailer safely
• Does the same hauling and lifting as the rest of the crew
• Owning your own truck or trailer is a big plus, but not required
3. CREW MANAGER
As we add crews, we need someone to run them. You'd lead a team on site, keep jobs moving, handle customers, and make sure every job is done right. Ideal if you've led a crew before in junk removal, moving, landscaping, construction, or anything hands on.
• Leads a crew on the job and keeps the day running smoothly
• Handles customers professionally and can quote jobs on site
• Sets the standard: on time, hard working, reliable
• Experience leading a team is strongly preferred
