Case Manager Utilization RN

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Case Manager Utilization RN to optimize patient care and resource use within our technology-enabled care ecosystem. In collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, you will review medical necessity, coordinate authorizations, and guide appropriate levels of care using evidence-based criteria and digital tools. You’ll educate patients and families on care plans, track outcomes using clinical and IT systems, and partner with providers to reduce readmissions and streamline utilization.
