Role Description The Vice President Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Owings Mills, MD. This role oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the company’s business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading HR operations, managing HRIS and employee data, guiding performance management and talent development, and overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. The Vice President Human Resources also directs employee relations, compensation, and benefits programs, ensures compliance with labor and employment laws, and partners with senior leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. This role leads and mentors the HR team, supports change management initiatives, and serves as a strategic advisor on organizational design and people-related decisions. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources (HR) leadership, including strategic HR planning and organizational development. Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and promoting an inclusive, respectful workplace. Experience managing Employee Benefits programs, including design, administration, and vendor relationships. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), data integrity, and HR analytics for decision-making. Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership and influence stakeholders at all levels. Advanced communication, negotiation, and change management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred. Significant progressive HR management experience, ideally within real estate, property management, or a related industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
