Position Overview The Corporate Tax Manager will play a key role in managing corporate tax engagements, providing strategic tax planning, and ensuring compliance with federal and state tax regulations. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and review corporate tax returns and related filings Provide tax planning and advisory services to corporate clients Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Supervise and mentor tax staff and senior associates Research complex tax issues and provide clear recommendations Build and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with firm leadership to improve processes and service delivery Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA license strongly preferred Several years of experience in corporate tax within public accounting or a related environment Strong knowledge of corporate tax laws and regulationsExcellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Proven leadership and team management abilities Why Join Us?
