Responsibilities Manage commercial disputes from inception through resolution. Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, take/defend depositions. Attend hearings, mediations, and assist with trial preparation. Work directly with partners and clients on case strategy. Qualifications 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience. Strong writing and research skills. Ability to manage matters independently. Estate litigation experience is a plus (training will be provided).
