Job Summary The Multimedia Specialist is a production-focused creative role responsible for developing high-quality visual content across print, digital and video platforms. This position supports a wide range of in-house corporate marketing and communications needs, with an equal emphasis on video editing and motion graphics, and traditional graphic design. The Multimedia Specialist partners with internal teams to produce polished, on-brand creative assets including videos, digital ads, brochures, one-sheets, presentations, trade show graphics, web visuals, branded illustrations, identity graphics and more. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the continued refinement of brand standards, creative templates and production workflows. Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, transitions and other visual elements that elevate video storytelling and brand consistency. Design a wide variety of print and digital materials, including brochures, one-sheets, booklets, signage, trade show graphics, ads, presentations, email graphics and web assets. Develop original visual concepts, illustrations, logos, stickers, team identity graphics, and program branding elements that support marketing, recruiting and internal initiatives. Edit and produce video content for internal and external use, including executive messages, social media content, recruiting pieces, internal communications and marketing campaigns. Maintain consistency across projects while adapting creative solutions to different audiences, formats and business objectives. Manage multiple assignments at once, prioritize deadlines and communicate clearly with internal clients and team members throughout the production process. Organize working files, templates, project assets and edit packages to support efficient production and team collaboration. Perform other related duties as assigned. Prepare final files for print, digital publishing, presentation and video distribution, ensuring quality control and adherence to technical specifications. Stay current on design, editing and motion trends, tools and best practices to continuously improve output quality and efficiency. Translate creative briefs, rough concepts or stakeholder requests into production-ready assets that are clear, accurate, visually strong and aligned with brand standards. Minimum Job Requirements Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, lnDesign and Photoshop. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communications, film, motion graphics or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Demonstrated ability to edit video with sound judgment for pacing, messaging, structure and visual clarity. Experience preparing production-ready files for both print and digital delivery. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a creative production role with substantial responsibility for both graphic design and video editing/motion graphics. Must be able to work on-site in an office environment on a full-time basis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret feedback and work effectively with non-creative stakeholders. Strong design fundamentals, including typography, composition, hierarchy, color and brand application. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced in-house environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating both motion/video work and traditional design work across a variety of formats. Physical Requirements May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis. Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures. Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis. Will interact with people and technology frequently during a shift/workday. Will lift, push or pull objects up to 50Ibs on an occasional basis. Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/workday. Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors.
