As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a critical role in driving occupancy, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and bringing our communities to life.

You will:

• Turn prospects into residents through engaging tours and relationship-building
• Deliver a hospitality-driven leasing experience
• Partner with residents and your team to maintain a best-in-class community

Your responsibilities include:

• Leasing & Sales Excellence Welcome future residents and guide them through personalized community tours; understand needs and match prospects with the perfect apartment home; build strong pipelines through follow-up and relationship management; close leases and achieve top-tier conversion results
• Prospect & Resident Experience Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins with energy and professionalism; maintain accurate guest cards and track all leasing activity; ensure a seamless application, approval, and move-in experience
• Renewals & Retention Proactively engage residents prior to lease expiration; negotiate renewals and support retention strategies; help create a community that residents are excited to stay in and invite others to do the same
• Marketing & Community Engagement Support social, local outreach, and marketing initiatives; build relationships with local businesses and preferred employers; assist with events, open houses, and resident experiences
• Community Readiness Ensure models, amenities, and tour paths are always show-ready; conduct inspections and submit service requests as needed
• Administrative & Team Support Prepare leasing documents, files, and move-in materials; coordinate with maintenance and leadership teams; support resident services, events, and daily operations

What you bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for people, service, and community
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and events
• Active role requiring walking tours and light physical activity
