Logistics Support Analyst

We have a great opportunity for a Logistics Support Analyst in Colorado Springs, CO. The duties include shipping, receiving, processing, stocking, issuing, kitting, moving, transporting, physical configuration audits, expediting of production property and equipment, replenishment of required tooling and consumable operating supplies for the production work areas. The job requires accurate updates of system records and manual records indicating the correct inventory levels of each material.

• Ensuring property management compliance to: Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), any contract terms and conditions, and corporate policy.
• Properly identifying Government and Customer property acquired by and furnished to Kratos.
• Reporting loss, damage, theft, and destruction (LDDT), excess, receipt, and shipment of any Government property.
• Verify and review documentation for property location, condition, and quantities for accuracy.
• Ensure all required recordkeeping is documented and appropriately filed.
• Perform the tasks of property transfer, ship, disposition, and movement of Government and Customer property.
• Maintain accurate property database records; ensuring records are precise and contain all required information.
• Generate and Reviews DD Form 1149 and DD Form 250 for accuracy.
• Responsible for reporting of Government and Customer excess equipment, materials, tooling, and scrap that fall under the property control systems.
• Ensuring proper disposition of Government and Customer excess equipment, materials, tooling, and scrap.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience with DoD shipping regulations
• Experience using asset management software
• Experience working with electronics/servers
• Experience driving a forklift and large stake bed truck
• Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards
• Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors
• Ability to use and navigate MS office with intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written
• Prior hands-on experience with conducting and tracking physical inventories
• Must have a current, active Secret clearance with the ability to retain a TS

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Conducting and documenting physical inventories
• Use of property management databases
• Prior Property Management System Analysis (PMSA) experience
• Experience with U.S. Air Force TMO shipping requirements
• Experience with Costpoint/Deltek
• Experience using AssetWorks software

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000
