We're hiring cooks at all experience levels, from Prep through Line Cook 3 (advanced). Location: Pinky's at The Beach - 1 Center St, Folly Beach, SC 29439

Pay: $19-23 per hour + $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 3 months of service & $250 after 6 months!)

We're looking for a dependable, experienced Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing high-quality food. If you're passionate about great food, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional guest experience, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Prep ingredients, sauces, and garnishes for daily service.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and portion control standards.
• Label, date, rotate, and store food using FIFO procedures.
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and side work.
• Work as part of a team to deliver timely, high-quality meals.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of line cook or prep cook experience (high-volume kitchen preferred).
• Culinary school training may substitute for experience.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality and food safety.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around hot equipment in a busy commercial kitchen.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
