Business Analyst - AI Chatbot Evaluation

We’re hiring Business Analysts for a remote project focused on evaluating and comparing chatbot responses against defined business criteria.
What You'll Do- Evaluate and compare multiple chatbot responses against defined business criteria.
- Analyze business requirements, workflows, and processes.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Provide clear, structured final assessments and recommendations.
- Prepare relevant reports and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau , or similar tools.
- Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to objectively evaluate and compare chatbot responses.
