Program Administrator

The Program Administrator (PA) is responsible for program execution using best planning practices and exceptional communication to translate deadlines and customer/internal needs to the internal team. The PA is also responsible for program planning, schedule/budget development and sustainment, issues escalation, etc. The PA must have an aptitude and eagerness to learn, speak up when problems arise, and follow the process. The PA must be a self-starter with great time management skills and very strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, to meet contractual/internal requirements Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual/internal, cost, and schedule objectives are met Interface between Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing to identify constraints, and develop plans that meet customer and internal needs Engage in process improvement projects with interconnecting departments to ensure positive, clear communication of priorities Plan, prioritize, execute, follow up, and anticipate changes Participate in reviews (e.g. design, manufacturing, etc.) and proposal efforts Mitigate risks and anticipate potential complications 2+ years of experience Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering is preferred Experience with ERP, especially SAP or SAP B1, preferred Basic knowledge of the AS9100 Quality Management System is preferred Highly self-motivated and proactive Strong attention to detail Excellent MS Office skills Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization Excellent expository writing and oral presentation skills. Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills, including confidential information Must be able to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities Must be a US Person (This position has export control and security-related requirements that mandate attention to the citizenship status of any potential candidate and necessitates that the individual either be a United States Citizen, Permanent Resident of the United States, or lawfully admitted into the United States as a refugee or granted asylum by the United States Government).
