Work Environment\n

Our work environment is primarily remote, which allows you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments while serving our patients effectively. Despite working remotely, you will feel connected to your colleagues through consistent communication and collaboration tools. The role typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their particular circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to address specific client challenges.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to cultivate community support and address common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated treatment delivery and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies to stabilize patients and connect them to further resources.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower their recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation of all patient interactions, adhering to legal and ethical standards for mental health practice.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our patients present with a range of mental health concerns, and you will tailor your therapeutic approaches to address each patient's specific needs, fostering an inclusive and accepting therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques applicable to diverse populations.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Proven capability in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with patients and collaborating with team members.

• Sound judgment, adherence to professional boundaries, and ethical practice.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and an aptitude for utilizing technology in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
